Nepal College of Travel and Tourism Management, (NCTTM) is the premier tourism educational institution of Nepal which wase established in the year 1995. NCTTM is affiliated to Tribhuvan University (TU) which is the state university of Nepal.

2. Nepal Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management (NATHM)
Nepal Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management (NATHM) has a history of four decades services in Nepalese Tourism & Hotel Management Education. Established by the Government of Nepal 1972 with the technical assistance of UNDP/ILO with the aim to produce skilled workforce required by hospitality and tourism industry, NATHM was formerly known as HMTTC. Since its inception the Academy is playing a crucial role in developing the human resources for this industry with the aim of enhancing the level of quality in tourism and hospitality services. It has been providing craft and supervisory level of skill oriented training to cater to the demands from this particular sector. This pioneer institution id renowned for generating qualified workforce for the ever increasing demands of the Hospitality & Tourism Sector.

The Academy in consultation with the industry has launched the three years Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM) Course from 1999 and three years Bachelor in Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) Course from September 2003 in affiliation with Tribhuvan University to fulfill the needs of supervisory level manpower in hospitality and tourism industry.
NATHM is proud to announce that it has produced more than 26,000 (basic, supervisory and managerial level) workforces for the tourism and hospitality industry. Different studies show that among the people trained here; approximately 90% are employed in their respective areas. In addition, Nepalese hospitality professional are highly demanded in global market. Products of NATHM are placed in the foreign hospitality industries mainly in Europe, America, Australia and Dubai. Therefore, it is the necessary of NATHM to increase its role in the competitive environment to meet the need of industry and education sector.
